About VANE TYPE MIST ELIMINATER
A Vane Type Mist Eliminator is a highly efficient gas-liquid separation device designed to remove entrained liquid droplets from gas and vapor streams. It consists of a series of specially engineered vane profiles that force the gas flow to change direction multiple times. As the gas passes through the vanes, liquid droplets are separated by inertia, coalesce on the vane surfaces, and drain away by gravity.
These mist eliminators are widely used in chemical processing, petrochemical plants, refineries, power plants, desalination units, and scrubber systems to improve process efficiency, protect downstream equipment, and reduce product losses.
